To use this CND nail primer, first, perform P.R.E.P. to make sure your nails are clean and ready. Dip the brush into the bottle and press it against the edge to get rid of excess liquid. Don't let the brush touch the table towel. Apply the primer on the nail plate up to the cuticle area, being careful not to touch the skin or flood the cuticle. Do this for 2 - 3 nails at a time and repeat until all nails are covered. Make sure the nail plate is evenly coated for proper adhesion. Let it dry before applying any enhancement products.
