Using Callas Professional Safe Eyebrow & Lash Tint is easy. First, pour and mix equal parts of the Colorant Cream and Developer Cream in an enclosed mixing cup. The Colorant Cream has a waterproof formula for long - lasting color, and the Developer Cream contains 3% Oxidant. If you might have an allergic reaction to hair coloring, it's a good idea to do a patch test. Apply the mixture to the hair and leave it on for about 15 minutes.
